Sage Gibson is a native of San Antonio, and the current President of the River
Art Gallery. She has a BFA from UT with a major in Art &
Design and a minor in Architectural Engineering. As owner of
Artisan Homes, homes that incorporate an artistic vision…she
gets to be creative in many ways. Texas Twangs are her recent
outburst of creative energies, and Twangs are really, really
big Texas icons.
Sage uses archival acrylics layered on various archival textured
paper & canvas. She then finishes each piece with a UV protective
high gloss varnish. She takes commissions of Flags of any type
and any size. Be it the all mighty Texas Flag, or the Flags
of Mexico, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Canada or The Conch
Republic. Her work complements the home, business, or office
settings. While her 8” x 10” Mini Flags make the perfect gift!
