Jo has studied with Warren Hunter and Vie Dunn-Harr. It
was a sheer fluke (or an everyday miracle) when she was asked
to demonstrate painting Easter eggs at North Star Mall because
soon after that, Jo found herself designing and painting Christmas
ornaments.
Jo started her business, Christmas Creations, in 1985. She hand-paints glass
ornaments, ceramic gifts and Texas souvenirs. Her work can be found all over the
state of Texas, but especially in San Antonio. The Alamo, Mission San Jose,
Collector's Gallery and Holiday Seasons are a few of the places that carry her
creations. Jo's watercolors and reproductions can be seen at the River Art Group
Gallery.
