Joyce is a former co-owner of Galleria II, an art gallery in the historic La Villita district of San Antonio. She has served as a board member for both the Randolph Art League and the River Art Group.
Joyce's many awards include First Place, Watercolor, Coppini Academy of Fine Arts; Second Place, Coppini "Artist of the Year." She has also won Best of Show and numerous other First and Second Place awards. Her artwork hangs nationally and internationally in both residential and corporate establishments.
Exhibitions and shows include the River Art Group Show, St. Johns Westshore Art Show, Women's Jr. League Winter Show, and Deck Your Walls.
Joyce teaches adult watercolor painting for SCUCISD school system in Schertz, Texas.
