Gaye Sekula designs and handcrafts her pottery in the solitude
of her studio in rural Bexar County. A native Texan and daughter
of a farmer/rancher her love for the earth came naturally. Her
life has always been filled with artistic expression but it
was not until she began working with clay that she found her
passion. Although there are always challenges; whether it is
in the forming, glazing or firing of a piece, the possibilities
are limitless and your next creation is only a thought away.
Gaye is a member of the River Art Group, New Braunfels Art
League, San Antonio Potter’s Guild, Texas Clay Art Association
and the Randolph Art League.
