| Elizabeth is a native of south Texas. She began drawing at an early age and has continued her art education by studying with well-known artist-teachers throughout the country.
Combining a love of travel with her love for art, Elizabeth has sought out interesting subjects to put to canvas from across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. While traveling, she sketches and takes photographs from many angles to provide numerous choices for subject matter. The compelling use of texture media and paint layering help to produce sharper lines and realism in her paintings. Elizabeth has always had a passion for nature and has made it a thematic focus in her paintings.
