ARTIST Brigitte Tuttle

Mrs. Tuttle has been a resident of San Antonio since 1963.  She began experimenting with drawing and color at the age of twelve.  She is a realist painter and enjoys painting many different subjects.  She likes to portray the time of day, the seasons, the pattern of light and dark.  The mood of a painting is determined by the color and the interplay of light and dark.  Brigitte's favorite medium is oil painting with a painting knife or a brush.  She is competent in watercolor, pen and ink drawing, mixed media collage, and monoprint.

An award-winning artist, Brigitte's paintings are in many private and business collections.  In addition to the River Art Group, she also is affiliated with the Randolph Art League, New Braunfels Art League, City League, Coppini Academy of Fine Art, and Women in the Arts.

Audrey is a member of the River Art Group, Coppini Academy of Fine Arts and the Medina Valley Art Society. Her art is exhibited in the River Art Group Gallery, San Antonio, and at the Seven Stallions Gallery of Fine Arts, Castroville, Texas.
