HOW TO HAVE AN ARTIST INFORMATION PAGE

If you are currently a member of the River Art Group and would like to have your bio and pictures of your work on this site, send the following to Brendy Vaughn ragwebmaster@hotmail.com:

To have a personal page created on the RAG website, submit the following information to Brendy Vaughn at ragwebmaster@hotmail.com:

1. Your bio - 150 words more or less

2. 3 digital images of your work. Each image must include the following:
Title – Medium – Size

3. Your website address (optional).

Online Sales Gallery

Member Artists may have 5 items in the Online Sales Gallery at one time.

To have items listed in the Online Sales Gallery, submit the following information to ragwebmaster@hotmail.com:

5 digital images of your work. Each image must include the following:
Title
Medium
Price
Cost of Shipping and Insurance
Size of work
Size of the work framed and/or matted (if applicable)

If you list a piece of art for sale in the sales gallery but sell it in another venue such as a show, a different gallery etc, it is imperative that you notify the webmaster immediately. Otherwise, customers can still pay for a piece of art that has already been sold to someone else resulting in embarrassment for the artist and gallery and frustration for the customer.

It is the responsibility of the selling artist to ship the piece of artwork to the customer.
